Leadership Coaching

Performance Profiling

 

  • Ever wondered why you click with some people and clash with others?

The Performance Profiling session is an exploration of the unconscious cognitive filters, which determine your thinking styles and your behaviour in the workplace. Essentially it looks at why you do what you do and how that supports or sabotages the results you get.

The session is based on the results of the iWAM Profiling tool (Inventory of Work Attitudes and Motivations) and provides a window into your intrinsic motivations and attitudes at work.

What are the session outcomes?

  • What motivates and de-motivates you at work and why

  • What job roles/tasks suit your natural work preferences

  • Insight into personality clashes and clicks in the workplace

  • Insight into how others might perceive you

  • Guidance on how to tailor your communication for the needs of others

  • Understanding of how your language impacts the motivation of those around you (for better or worse)

  • Simple online iWAM questionnaire to be completed prior to debrief session (20-40 mins)

  • 1.5 hr debrief with certified iWAM practitioner

  • Provision of full reports during session

Full iWAM reports include:

  • Management report - Detailed understanding of the individual at work against many measures.

  • Attitude summary report - Prioritises highest and lowest motivations at work.

  • HR Summary report - A one page snapshot of all patterns grouped in their categories.

  • Communication report - Motivating language and De-motivating language.

  • Attitude sorter wheel - A visual representation of all patterns in priority order from highest to lowest motivating drivers.
